It is with great sadness we announce that Mr Rodney Childs passed away yesterday after a short time in hospital. Rodney had many friends at HRUFC as a player and as an administrator, and was Yorkshire President in 1990-91, a long-serving Yorkshire Committee member and Chairman of Disciplinary Committee. Our thoughts and prayers are with Rodney’s family at this very sad time.
