Sadly we must advise on the loss and funeral arrangements of two former players and enthusiasts.
Michael Walsh
Michael, aged 72 died on holiday in Hong Kong. He played in the forwards at prop for the YMCA, toured with Huddersfield and was a regular visitor to Lockwood Park.
The funeral Service is at 1.15pm on Monday April 20th at St Joseph’s, Somerset Road followed by the service at the Huddersfield Crematorium at 2.45pm.
There will be drinks and buffet at the YMCA, Laund Hill after the services at 3.45pm.
Dennis Penrose.
Dennis died aged 83 on 5th April 2015, he played in the forwards for the Huddersfield Club in the late 1950’s, early 1960’s and with the First XV in Season 1958/59.
The Funeral Service is at Huddersfield Crematorium at 11.15am on Friday April 24th 2015.
The Clubs condolences are passed to the families.
