We are pleased to announce that we will playing in National 2 North again next season!
The RFU have calculated the final league tables for the 2019/20 season.
Essentially it involved taking the league points gained by a club for home games and dividing it by the home games played by that club. This was then multiplied by the number of outstanding home games. The process was repeated for away games and the two totals added to the actual number of league points gained by the club. The resulting figure was then used to determine league positions.
This calculation meant that we finished in 12th place on 68.17 points. It also sees Caldy promoted as Champions (which they had already achieved before the enforced end to the season) and the three relgation places going to Scunthorpe, Preston Grasshoppers and Otley.
Well done to Gaz and the players for the great second half of the season which helped us retain our place in the league. Roll on next season!!
