HRUFC Age Grade players Archie and Amos Stancliffe are undertaking a 7 day challenge during half term. They have been inspired by Kevin Sinfield’s challenge to complete 7 marathons in 7 days to support his friend Rob Burrows who is living with MND. Over February half term the boys are going to complete at least 7 miles of walking, running or biking each day. The money raised will go to the Motor Neuron Disease Association who are dedicated to improve care and support for people affected by MND like former Scotland International & British Lion Doddie Weir, who was a fantastic guest speaker at the Club’s Annual Dinner in 2017.
Archie & Amos’s younger sister Blythe is also going to have her own challenge of baking 7 cakes in 7 days. These will be distributed to friends, family & neighbours.
