Yorkshire Cup Round 2

I used to think Brods was the coldest ground in Yorkshire. Nope, it is Goole!!!
Undeterred by the ice cold wind, HRUFC U16 pulled of a magnificent 3-46 win against Goole!!
With holidays and league now behind us we fielded a squad of 22. With a full team the lads played with massive confidence knowing that they could give everything they had as there was fire power ready to come on at any second.
As coaches we often scratch our heads as to why on earth the players don’t follow instruction. Guess what, today they did with fabulous forward pod work and backs moving the ball with freedom.
What a joy!!
Round 3 of the cup beckons in 3 weeks. You know what, we might just go ahead and win that too!!
