The Club is saddened to announce the passing of Brian Cadwell.
Brian was mainly a YM man but reffed & was involved with the Extra C & was a big (in every sense of the word !) local rugby character & a top top bloke.
Richard Baxter once played for the extra C & Brian was reffing and reminisced that “Brian didn’t move more than 5 yards either way of the halfway line – very amusing.”
The funeral will take place on Friday 8th July at 11am at Holy Trinity Church at South Crosland, followed by a wake at Netherton Con Club.
