Unfortunately at the Club, we are no exception to the effect of recent wholesale food price rises. This means that the increase in the cost of food has been passed on by our caterers. As well as this there has been an increased cost in staff, energy prices etc. As such the cost for a two course lunch for the 2022/23 season will be £18 for Members/£23 for non-members.
Another of the issues has been the late cancellation of people on lunches. This costs the club money as we still have to pay the caterers for the amount of meals ordered. As a Club we cannot lose money on this. As such, the Committee have decided that all lunches need to be paid for at the time of booking. This can be done by booking online at https://huddersfieldrugby.com/product-category/matchday-tickets/ or by calling the office on 01484 469801. All places must be booked by 5pm on the Wednesday prior to the game.
Both pre-match lunch tickets and match tickets for the Sheffield Tigers game on 3rd September are available to purchase now.
The season kicks off with a firm favourite of Len’s famous Homemade Meat and potato pie topped with shortcrust Pastry, served with mushy peas and chips followed by a selection of cheeses, wafers and chutney.
Please also note that kick-off times this season are 2.15pm, so pre-match lunches will be served at 12.45pm.
