Huddersfield RUFC 2023 Annual General Meeting – Calling Notice

I hope that you, your family and friends are well and have finally returned to normality.

We are now looking forward to the AGM and preparing ourselves for the new season ahead.

Along with receiving reports from the Chairman and Treasurer we have the opportunity to propose and elect officers for the forthcoming season, please see detail list below, should anyone wish to stand for office they must have a proposer and seconder and these details must be received in writing by the Secretary (Bohdan Santar) by: Wednesday 31^st May 2023 as in accordance with Clause 8.4.1 of the Club rules.

Please note!

If you are planning on attending the AGM you must (as last year) register your intention in advance; failure to do so may result in being refused admittance.

The agenda and a copy of last year’s minutes will be distributed prior to the meeting, please note that there will be no paper copies available at the meeting; should this be an issue please contact me by email: bohdansantar@gmail.com

The annual accounts will be distributed via email prior to the meeting; please advise if you wish to receive them.

Therefore, as per the club’s rules I hereby give formal notice that this year’s AGM will be held on Tuesday 1^st August 2023 at 8.00pm in the Waterloo Suite at Lockwood Park.
