Their office, situated next to their ski hire at the bottom of the main gondola, is open 8am to 6pm daily. The team is on hand to book lessons, guiding, restaurants etc or to answer any questions. From the office their resort minibus โBerthaโ is available all day to run guests around the village or to/from the funicular tram at Frachey.
