Huddersfield RUFC would like to welcome your team, family, and friends to our 2027 festival!
The festival will take place over two Sundays:

What to Expect
It’s going to be a busy day! Please allow plenty of time for parking, and we encourage car sharing where possible. Our marshals will be on hand to direct you to a suitable parking spot. Please note that a one-way system will be in operation, with entry only via Meltham Road (B6108) and exit only onto Bridge Street (A616).
Once parked, marshals will guide you towards the festival area. It’s approximately a 5–10 minute walk from the main clubhouse to the pitches. An entry fee of £3 per adult applies on the way to the pitches, and programmes are available with a link to the online fixtures.
Food & Refreshments
- Breakfast sandwiches from 09:00 (cash only)
- BBQ & Pizza Van from 11:00 (cash and card)
- Hot & cold drinks, snacks, and crisps available throughout the day (cash and card)
Players’ entry fees include a hot dog (vegetarian option available), redeemable with a meal ticket.

A few housekeeping notes for the day:
- The club does NOT allow dogs anywhere on site, except for assistance dogs. Unfortunately your furry friend will be turned away.
- We ask all spectators to stay behind the barriers/ropes. Only coaches and officials are permitted on the pitches.
- Please respect the referees’ decisions.
- Toilet facilities are available in the cabin, with additional portable toilets located outside.
- First aid is available and a Defibrillator is on site
