Womens

Women’s rugby is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK

Come down to a training session to find out why

We train every Tuesday 7.15 – 8.30pm

The benefits of rugby are huge, not only in terms of fitness but also for their social skills, mental/emotional wellbeing (self-esteem, confidence, leadership, initiative) and above all the game is FUN.

We have a range of options: you can come along to use training as social fitness, you can participate in non-contact training or games and you can also work your way up to contact training and matches. Play rugby your way, surrounded by a supportive team and coach.
